Tantra-Hatha Yoga is a deeply transformative practice that blends the ancient wisdom of Tantra with the physical discipline of Hatha yoga. This powerful fusion creates a holistic approach to healing, self-awareness, and energetic alignment.

At its core, Tantra-Hatha Yoga is about connecting to your body, your energy, and your inner self. It will help you balance the energy centers within your body, reach elevated states of awareness, and cultivate a sense of balance, presence, and vitality. This practice is not just about performing physical postures but about tapping into the energetic body, awakening dormant potential, and creating harmony in every aspect of your life.

In Each Class, You Will:

  • Practice dynamic Hatha yoga postures to open, strengthen, and energize your body.

  • Learn to breathe mindfully with specific pranayama techniques that clear mental fog, release tension, and stimulate the flow of energy.

  • Engage in meditation to quiet the mind, increase self-awareness, and deepen your connection to your inner wisdom.

  • Balance the chakras (energy centers of the body), to improve emotional and physical health.

  • Understand how to use the power of intention and awareness to create positive change in your life.

The word chakra is derived from the Sanskrit term for "wheel," representing the spinning energy centers within our body. Our energy body is composed of thousands of energy channels, called nadis. The intersections where these channels meet form the chakras, where energy flow is particularly strong. There are seven main energy centers within the body that play a crucial role in our emotional and physical well-being.

 

When these centers become imbalanced, we may experience feelings of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional instability, or a lack of self-love. The goal of our classes is to bring these centers into harmony, ensuring a balanced flow of energy that supports your overall health, vitality, and sense of inner peace.

What Are The Chakras?

There are two ways to practise with Gabriella: one-on-one or in a small group of up to five people. Both options offer a deep, personalised experience, whether you're seeking an individual journey or a shared exploration. The price remains the same whether you book a session for yourself or split it with others. Classes are available online or in person in Ubud, Bali. If you'd like Gabriella to travel to your location for a live session, an additional fee for studio rental or travel expenses will apply.

Private sessions

Private sessions are tailored to your lifestyle, the challenges you're facing, and the goals you wish to achieve. Gabriella crafts a practice that supports your personal energy system and encourages lasting transformation. 
Personal yoga classes are ideal for those who take energy work seriously and want to deepen their understanding of the energy body and how to keep it in balance.

Group Sessions
 
Group sessions are co-created based on what the group feels drawn to explore, whether it's balancing the root chakra, awakening the third eye, or journeying through the entire chakra system at a pace that feels aligned. This can be a beautiful shared ritual for friends as a mindful free time activity or couples looking to deepen their connection through intentional energy work and presence.

  • How does Gabriella design my one-on-one program?

When you register for the classes, you’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out. Based on your responses, Gabriella will design the classes specifically to meet your individual needs.

  • How long are the sessions and where will they take place?

​Each session lasts 1.5 hours. If you're practising online, the class will take place via Zoom, and you’ll receive a link to join the live session. If you're practising in Bali, you'll receive the studio address after registration, or, if agreed in advance, Gabriella will come to your location.

  •  Do I need to have experience with yoga or meditation to join?

No prior experience is necessary! The classes are designed to accommodate practitioners of all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, you will receive guidance tailored to your individual needs.

  • What will I need for the session?

Please for the online session have a yoga mat ready, and preferably some props like a yoga block or pillows. If you practise in Bali studio all the equipment will be provided. On request, Gabriella also can bring a mat and props to your location.

  • Will there be meditation and breathwork in the practice?

Yes, meditation and breathwork (pranayama) are key elements of every class. Gabriella will guide you through practices specifically chosen to support the theme you’re exploring, helping you deepen your awareness.

  • If I don't have friends to join with, can I be added to a group Gabriella is already working with?

Sometimes there are online groups that are open to welcoming a new member. Feel free to contact us to check if there’s an available group you can join at this time.

  • ​Can I combine my yoga classes with coaching?

Absolutely! If you'd like to combine your yoga classes with coaching, please contact us, and we will create a personalized package for you that includes both weekly classes and coaching sessions.

Pricing Plans:

  • Single Session: $150 USD (Perfect for a one-time experience or to try out the class.)

  • 6 Sessions Package: $700 USD (A great option for those looking for consistent practice and deeper progress.)

  • 10 Sessions Package:  $1000 USD (Ideal for a committed practice that brings long-term transformation and deeper alignment.

  • For in-person sessions in Bali, additional costs may apply depending on whether you prefer to practise in a studio in Ubud or have Gabriella come to your location. Please get in touch with your request to confirm details and pricing.
