It All Starts From A Positive Mindset

Updated: Aug 26

In your opinion, what point is the most important of all 5? For me, it is number 3, because only a positive mindset can form a winning attitude. The most important thing is to start the day with the right mindset. Creating more positive thoughts will keep you focused on your goals and also will help you to make better choices.

After choosing positivity, as soon as you open your eyes, you should never forget the remaining points. By repeating to yourself how amazing you are, that you are ready to succeed and can reach anything, you boost your confidence and start attracting success to your door. Ideas will start popping into your head, and you will be motivated more than ever to reach your goals.

Did you know that water has memory? There are experiments made that show how in time, words (good or bad) depend on the quality of the water. I will add a book recommendation for the study's bottom of this blog. The idea is that water reacts to music, words, and prayers.

Guess what? Our body is made of 60% of water, and most go to the brain. Use the same principle. If you tell yourself how great you are every day, your body will start working for your benefit. Also, it is essential to pray, to thank the universe for all that you have now. Shortly, your mind will create new ideas and attract people and situations to your life. The Law of attraction comes in handy only when you are ready to attract the right things. And to do that, you need to become the best version of yourself (or daily believe that you are). You must be healthy in your mind and body to attract good energy. When I say ''healthy,'' I mean not poisoned by toxic thoughts and substances that might influence the mind.

Simple words in the morning like “Today is a great day, it will never repeat so that I will make the most of it, and I am ready to succeed. I can reach whatever I want because I am unique and special. Thank you, God, for this opportunity.” will change your life if you repeat it every day. And every 2-3 hours, remind yourself. Add a note on the wall saying how great you are. Write it down every single day.

For a healthy body with a positive mindset, every small “failure” becomes a lesson, and the universe starts giving so many opportunities that long-term failure is just impossible. Nature is harmony, and if you set your mind correctly, your world will never be in chaos.

Book recommendation:

“The Hidden Messages in Water” by Masaru Emoto. In General Masaru Emoto has many books about water and its powers. And there are experiments made to support his theories. Have a look if interested.
