Self-love is the key for happiness. Love is a powerful energy that is necessary for a healthy balance between mind, body and spirit. Louise Hay in her book You Can Heal Your Life wrote: "When we create peace, harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives." When you truly love yourself, you learn how to love other people and let them love you back.
People are so used to blaming the world for not treating them right, that they forget that it is all up to them, what to tolerate and how to feel inside. Many of us are used to treating ourselves badly and that creates the reality we live in. You are who you believe that you are. If you tell yourself that you are ugly, or stupid you will believe in it and it will become your reality, it will reflect in your actions and emotions about yourself, same as If you tell yourself how amazing you are. So, the only way, to create a better life and receive positive energy from others is by loving yourself.
Love is the core of who you innately are. It’s highly important to practice loving yourself day to day because it will bring you true and everlasting happiness, inner peace and will improve your heath and wellness. How you speak to yourself is how your feel about yourself deep within, and reflects the outer world.
Simple ways to practise self-love is by meditation, talking good words to yourself, writing them down and repeating several times a day, also practising spiritual growth. You should look after your inner world a lot more, then the outer world, as everything, how you feel inside will create the life you live.
